Supplying Saudi Arabia importers with Kenyan avocados — quoted FOB Mombasa, CFR, CIF or DAP to Jeddah Islamic Port or Jeddah.
Saudi importers take Fuerte and Hass by sea into Jeddah and Dammam, and by air into Riyadh. We register consignments for SFDA and SABER requirements.
Our avocados come from smallholder groups and commercial orchards in central and western Kenya, packed in KEPHIS-registered packhouses. Fruit is harvested at regulated maturity (dry matter testing), graded, packed and pre-cooled before loading into reefer containers with controlled atmosphere.
Buyers we serve in Saudi Arabia: Produce importers, ripening centres, supermarket suppliers, fruit distributors and wholesalers.
Saudi importers register consignments with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) and the SABER conformity platform. Fresh produce requires a phytosanitary certificate; processed foods need Arabic labelling and halal certification. Year-round demand for avocados, mangoes and vegetables is supplied by sea reefer and air.
