How sample pricing works
Indicative international price / kg+$1.00 / kg sample handling×sample weight (kg)=Sample cost
Minimum sample order: 100 kg per product.
Example: 100 kg of Kenya AA green coffee at $11.00/kg → ($11.00 + $1.00) × 100 kg = $1200.00, plus courier.
- Choose Sample request on the quote form, select products and enter the sample weight (minimum 100 kg per product).
- The form calculates your sample cost instantly and sends the request to our team.
- A proforma invoice is generated instantly, shown on screen (print / save as PDF) and emailed to you with our bank details for international (SWIFT) transfer.
- Pay the invoice quoting the invoice number, and email the transfer confirmation to us.
- Once payment is received we prepare your samples with specifications and, where required, a phytosanitary certificate.
- Courier shipping by DHL, FedEx or UPS is invoiced and shared separately once the courier confirms the booking, together with the tracking number.
Prices below are indicative international reference prices used for sample calculation only; commercial quotations depend on grade, volume, season and Incoterm. Gemstones, gold, pharmaceuticals and apparel development samples are priced individually.
