How to Order Product Samples from Kenya & East Africa: Pricing, Invoice and Shipping
Exactly how our sample orders work — from calculation to invoice, payment and courier.
Testing a new supplier with a sample lot before committing to a container is smart buying. Here is how it works with us.
Step by step
- Choose Sample request on the order form and select the origin, product and type.
- Enter the sample weight — minimum 100 kg per product. The price is calculated instantly: international price + USD 1/kg.
- Submit. A proforma invoice appears on screen and is emailed to you with our bank (SWIFT) payment details.
- Pay, quoting the invoice number, and email your transfer confirmation.
- We prepare the samples. Courier shipping by DHL, FedEx or UPS is invoiced separately once the courier confirms, along with tracking.
