Close-up of Arabica coffee beans

Kenyan coffee for the United States market

US specialty roasters seek Kenyan AA and PB micro-lots with high cup scores. We support FDA Prior Notice and ship to New York/New Jersey, Savannah or Oakland.

Kenya grows exclusively Arabica coffee, mainly on the slopes of Mt Kenya, the Aberdare Ranges, Mt Elgon and the Rift Valley at 1,400–2,200 m. Coffee is produced by smallholders delivering cherry to cooperative-owned wet mills (factories) and by private estates. Fully washed processing with double fermentation and soaking gives Kenyan coffee its famous clarity.

Buyers we serve in United States: Coffee roasters, specialty and commercial green coffee importers, distributors and private-label brands.

Import requirements & trade terms for United States

Food shippers must be registered with the US FDA and file Prior Notice before arrival; importers need an FSVP programme. Apparel moves under textile visa and AGOA rules of origin where the programme is in force at the time of shipment. Customs bonds and ISF (10+2) filings are arranged by the US importer or broker.
